Funding Options
Casa Occupational Therapy welcomes referrals through a range of funding options, including NDIS, Medicare, DVA, NIISQ, private health insurance and private/self-funded services.

NDIS
Support is available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, with services tailored around your goals, needs and everyday life.
NIISQ
Occupational Therapy services are available for eligible participants of the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ), supporting recovery, independence and participation in everyday activities following serious injury. Services are subject to NIISQ funding approval.
Medicare
Medicare rebates may be available for eligible clients referred by their GP under an appropriate Medicare referral pathway.

DVA
Occupational therapy services are available for eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients with an appropriate referral.

Private/ Self-Funded
Private and self-funded clients are welcome, with no funding package required to access occupational therapy services. We’ll work with you to keep services focused on what is clinically necessary and avoid unnecessary costs wherever possible.
Private Health Insurance
Occupational therapy services may be claimable through eligible private health insurance Extras cover. Please check with your insurer regarding your individual benefits.
